In reply to Aravinda Balakrishna’s post on June 28, Sorry Aravinda, but this needs to be determined. Firtsly, it involves MS Outlook; whatever else I do not know yet. Hi Brad, the only solution I have found so far is reinstall Office which is a pain especially if you have 10 Exchange email addresses. Sad that there no simple solution to migrate these. Always have to set them up again. I has the same issue. After using offline mode once I couldn’t stop Outlook from opening offline.

I could toggle back to online ok once Outlook was running. However it’s a pain to have to remember to do that every time Outlook starts.
